- Rooms are ready from 14:00 and must be vacated by 11:00. Luggage may be left at the desk before and after.
- Registration
- Under the Tourism Act the hotel must see an identity card for every adult guest. Guests without one are not admitted.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 18:00 seven days before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children under six stay free in their parents' room.
- Pets
- Dogs are welcome in the ground-floor rooms.
- Payment
- Cash and bank cards are accepted. Payment and the Tourism Act levy are taken on departure.
- Quiet hours
- The house is quiet from ten at night to seven in the morning.
- Public holidays
- On Declaration Day the flag on the roof is at half mast until noon and breakfast is served as usual. On Victory Day the hotel charges its holiday rate.
