Herberge processes personal particulars under the Data Protection Act.

1. Particulars entered on a reservation form are passed to the hotel named on the form and to nobody else.
2. Herberge keeps no copy of them once they have been passed.
3. The hotel keeps the registration card for one year, as the Tourism Act requires, and then passes it to the district office.
4. Herberge does not use tracking cookies. The date fields remember nothing between visits.
5. You may ask any hotel, in writing, for the particulars it holds on you. It must answer within twenty-eight days.
