Answers to the questions guests ask most.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

At once. When you book, the room is entered in the hotel's register and you are taken to your booking's own page, with its reference, room number and voucher. Your bookings lists every one made in this browser.

Why is the rate different on the night I chose?

Hotels set their rate for each night. Weekends, the summer months and public holidays cost more; Victory Day in the capital costs most. The rate shown in the results is the rate for your nights.

What is the Tourism Act levy?

Five per cent of the room rate, collected by the hotel on departure and paid to the district office. It is shown separately beside every price.

What must I bring?

Your identity card and the voucher from your booking page, printed or on your telephone. Every guest completes a registration card on arrival.

How do I cancel?

Open the booking from Your bookings and press Cancel booking. Each hotel's cancellation terms are under House rules on its page and on the booking itself.

Can I write a review?

Guests who have stayed receive a review card with their bill. Reviews are entered from the card.
