Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Herberge. By searching you accept them.

1. Herberge publishes the register of accommodation kept under the Tourism Act, with rates supplied by the hotels.
2. A booking made through Herberge is a contract between the guest and the hotel, made when the confirmation page is shown. Herberge is not a party to it and takes no payment.
3. Rates are stated in marka for the room and the night. The Tourism Act levy is payable in addition.
4. Reviews are published as written, save that a review naming a member of staff other than the manager is withheld.
5. Dates are shown in the calendar of Schwartzistan. No reservation is accepted for a date outside it.
6. These terms are governed by the law of Schwartzistan and disputes are heard in the district court of the hotel.
