- Rooms are ready from 14:00 and must be vacated by 11:00. Luggage may be left at the desk before and after.
- Registration
- Registration cards are completed at the desk for every guest over sixteen. The hotel keeps each card for one year and then sends it to the district office.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until noon on the day before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children under six stay free in their parents' room.
- Pets
- Small dogs only, and not in the breakfast room.
- Payment
- Payment in marka on departure. The levy is itemised on the bill.
- Quiet hours
- The house is quiet from ten at night to seven in the morning.
- Public holidays
- On Declaration Day the flag on the roof is at half mast until noon and breakfast is served as usual. On Victory Day the hotel charges its holiday rate.

Liked Clean, warm and well run. Lena arranged a taxi to the station at six in the morning without being asked twice.
