- Rooms are ready from 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:00. Luggage may be left at the desk before and after.
- Registration
- Registration cards are completed at the desk for every guest over sixteen. The hotel keeps each card for one year and then sends it to the district office.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 18:00 two days before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children are welcome. An extra bed costs half the room rate.
- Pets
- Dogs are welcome in the ground-floor rooms.
- Payment
- The bill is presented on the last morning. Cheques drawn on a bank in the country are accepted.
- Quiet hours
- Quiet from 22:30. Guests returning late are asked to use the side door.
- Public holidays
- Holiday rates apply on Victory Day, Founding Day and at Midwinter. On Declaration Day the dining room is quiet until noon.

Liked Clean, warm and well run. Oskar arranged a taxi to the station at six in the morning without being asked twice.
