- Payment in marka on departure. The levy is itemised on the bill.
- Quiet hours
- Quiet from 22:30. Guests returning late are asked to use the side door.

- On Declaration Day the flag on the roof is at half mast until noon and breakfast is served as usual. On Victory Day the hotel charges its holiday rate.
