- Check-in
- Rooms are ready from 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:30. Luggage may be left at the desk before and after.
- Registration
- Registration cards are completed at the desk for every guest over sixteen. The hotel keeps each card for one year and then sends it to the district office.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 18:00 two days before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children are welcome. An extra bed costs half the room rate.
- Pets
- Dogs are accepted by arrangement.
- Payment
- The bill is presented on the last morning. Cheques drawn on a bank in the country are accepted.
- Quiet hours
- Quiet from 22:30. Guests returning late are asked to use the side door.
- Public holidays
- On Declaration Day the flag on the roof is at half mast until noon and breakfast is served as usual. On Victory Day the hotel charges its holiday rate.
