- Check-in
- From 14:00 to 11:00. The night porter admits late arrivals on sight of the hotel's letter.
- Registration
- Registration cards are completed at the desk for every guest over sixteen. The hotel keeps each card for one year and then sends it to the district office.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 18:00 seven days before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children are welcome. An extra bed costs half the room rate.
- Pets
- Small dogs only, and not in the breakfast room.
- Payment
- The bill is presented on the last morning. Cheques drawn on a bank in the country are accepted.
- Quiet hours
- The house is quiet from ten at night to seven in the morning.
- Public holidays
- On Victory Day guests may watch the fireworks from the upper floors. Holiday rates apply that night.
