- Rooms are ready from 15:00 and must be vacated by 11:00. Luggage may be left at the desk before and after.
- Registration
- Every guest completes a registration card on arrival, as the Tourism Act requires. Please have your identity card ready.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 18:00 two days before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children are welcome. An extra bed costs half the room rate.
- Pets
- Small dogs only, and not in the breakfast room.
- Payment
- Cash and bank cards are accepted. Payment and the Tourism Act levy are taken on departure.
- Quiet hours
- The house is quiet from ten at night to seven in the morning.
- Public holidays
- On Declaration Day the flag on the roof is at half mast until noon and breakfast is served as usual. On Victory Day the hotel charges its holiday rate.
