- Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 10:30. Guests arriving after ten at night are asked to telephone the desk.
- Registration
- Registration cards are completed at the desk for every guest over sixteen. The hotel keeps each card for one year and then sends it to the district office.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 18:00 two days before arrival. After that the first night is charged at the desk.
- Children
- Children of all ages are welcome. A cot can be placed in any room on request.
- Pets
- Dogs are welcome in the ground-floor rooms.
- Payment
- The bill is presented on the last morning. Cheques drawn on a bank in the country are accepted.
- Quiet hours
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Public holidays
- Holiday rates apply on Victory Day, Founding Day and at Midwinter. On Declaration Day the dining room is quiet until noon.
